| Abstract: | With the development of the construction industry,a series environmentalproblems have been arisen. Its pollutants vary and all are discharged out of control. It is impossible to calculate the pollutant discharge amount by using normal monitoring methods.According to the raw material consumption,it is possible to calculate the pollutant dischargeamount by using material balance method so as to calculate the pollutant discharge fee forstrengthening the environmertal supervising management of construction industry. |
