| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展，机动车辆的增加，第三产业的发展，道路交通噪声、第三产业噪声扰民日益成为环境噪声污染中的主要问题。本文根据沈阳市环境监测中心站１９９９年对沈阳市环境噪声监测的结果进行研究，综合分析了环境噪声的污染现状，提出了沈阳市环境噪声污染的主要问题，并根据得出的结论提出了相应的解决途径，为环境管理、治理及环境的科学决策提供了依据。

| Abstract: | With the developing of social economy, the developing of the third industry,the traffic noise and the thirds industry noise is the main source of environmental noise. This paper engage in the research according to the result monitoring in 1999, analysed comprehensively the present situation of environmental noise pollution, and put forward the main problems of environmental noise pollution,and offered the relevant solve ways according to the conclusion. It offered the foundation to environmental management,treatment and the scientific policy dedision. |
