| Abstract: | This paper briefly analyzes the status about environmental certificate and construct of the produce base of safe agricultural products. It is emphasized that the most important step of controlling safety of agricultural products is the certification of environment and the construction of environment about produce base.On the basis of discussing the problem existed in the certification and construction,the paper provides the countermeasure and the development way. |
