| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的进一步增长,近年来突发环境污染事件频繁发生,已经严重危害了人民的健康和环境的稳定,成为社会关注的热点。本文在分析我国近年来突发污染事件的基础上,介绍了环境风险评价的基本概念,论述开展环境风险评价防范突发污染事件的重要性和紧迫性,并对今后开展环境风险评价提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | With the further growth of economy,sporadic environmental pollution accidents occur frequently in China,which has seriously affected the people's health and environmental stability and has become a hot social concern.Based on analysis of the sporadic pollution accidents that have occurred in recent years,the paper introduces the basic concept of environmental risk assessment,discusses the importance and urgency of developing the environmental risk assessment to prevent sporadic pollution,and makes some suggestions about it. |
