| Abstract: | This paper is mainly concerned with study on the current situation and causes of the losses of soil and water and the countermeasures in Shenyang.The prevention and control measures of soil and water losses have been brought out in this paper according to the existing status,which stresses on the key role played by the government policy guidance. |
