| 摘 要： | 分析了"十一五"以来南京市煤炭消费利用现状情况,并按高、中、低3种情景分析了未来煤炭消费趋势;从环境空气质量约束、污染物减排约束以及资源约束等方面指出南京市必须进行煤炭消费总量控制;最后,从制定煤炭消费总量控制目标、加快主要用煤产业升级改造、优化调整能源结构、提高能源利用效率等方面提出了煤炭消费总量控制的对策建议。

Study on Countermeasures of Total Coal Consumption Control in Nanjing |

| Abstract: | The coal consumption and utilization situation of Nanjing were analyzed in detail during the ＂ Eleventh Five Year ＂ period, and the consumption trends were estimated according to high, middle and low scenarios. Then it pointed out that the total coal consumption must be controlled, due to the constraints of ambient air quality, pollutant emission reduction and resources. Finally, some countermeasures for total coal consumption control were given, including making total coal consumption control target, accelerating the major coal industry upgrading, optimizing energy structure, improving energy efficiency ,etc. |
