| Abstract: | On the basis of statistics data of implementation of hydroelectric power projects’ completion acceptance of environmental protection from 2006 to 2010 in China, this paper analyzed the discovered problems and gave the corresponding countermeasure, discussed that environmental protection of water conservancy and hydropower projects should develop and protect river basin overall and make planning environmental impact assessment play a big role; established the whole process management and cascade ecological protection coordination mechanism and ecological database, so as to advance stage acceptance, to carry out environmental impact post assessment, and to strengthen the basic research and environmental protection countermeasures of rare fish domestication and breeding . |
