摘    要:主要研究了不同浓度六价铬胁迫对不同玉米种子萌发和部分生理特性的影响。结果表明:六价铬胁迫下,玉米的生长受到一定程度的抑制,并随溶液中六价铬浓度的增加,抑制加重。玉米幼苗植株吸收六价铬的量随其胁迫浓度的增加而增加。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性随六价铬浓度的增加而增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量同样呈上升趋势。

Effects of Cr6+ on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Corn Seeds
Abstract:Effects of Cr6+ of different concentration on growth and physiological characteristics of corn seeds were measured.The results showed that the growth of corn was inhibited with the Cr6+ existing.The higher the concentration of Cr6+ in solution was,the more serious the inhibition was.With the increasing of Cr6+ concentration,the absorption amount of Cr6+ in corn seedlings and the activity of SOD and POD increased,so was the content of MDA.
