摘    要:研究了长春南湖水生物膜上优势菌种的胞外聚合物对金属Pb2+和Cd2+的吸附规律及影响吸附的因素。结果表明,两种金属在胞外聚合物上的吸附均遵守Langmuir和Freundlich热力学方程。当Pb2+和Cd2+共存时,两种金属的吸附量均减小。

Abstract:The extracelluar polymeric substances of dominant bacterium of the surface coatings in the Nanhu Lake(Changchun) were used to study the adsorption rules of Pb2+ and Cd2+and the influence factors.Results show that the course of adsorption of the two metals on the extracelluar polymeric substances complies with both the Langmuir and Freundlich thermodynamics equations.The adsorption amount of each metal is decreased when Pb2+ and Cd2+ coexisted.
