摘    要:研究了大型藻孔石莼对铅、铜和镉的吸收动力学和热力学过程。结果表明,暴露于不同浓度的重金属体系中的孔石莼对铅、铜和镉的积累量随着水相中的游离态浓度的增加而增加,可以用Langmuir吸附等温式从热力学平衡角度加以描述,铅和镉饱和结合量分别为:0.715mg/g干重,Cd^2+为0.037mg/g干重;在孔石莼对铜(0.056mg/L)吸收动力学浓度的实验中,第4天达到了吸收平衡,蓄积量为对照组的9.01倍;在镉暴露浓度为0.028mg/L的实验中,第5天达吸收平衡,蓄积量为对照组的5.06倍。

Abstract:The process of uptake Pb^2+ ,Cu^2+ , Cd^2+by Ulva pertusa were studied. The results showed that Langmuir adsorption isotherm can be employed to the processof uptaking heavy metal by Ulva pertusa. The saturated capacity of Pb^2+ and Cd^2+ were 0. 715 mg/L and 0. 037 mg/L, respectively. Assimilation equilibrium of Ulva to Cu^2+ of which the concentration is 0. 056 mg/L can be achieved in 4 days and the assimilation is 9. 01 times as many as the assimilation of control class ; equilibrium can be approached in 5 days under 0. 028 mg/L of Cd^2+ and the assimilation is 5.06 times as many as contral class.
