连云港市化工园区环境管理信息查询平台设计与开发研究

针对当前连云港市化工园区环境问题频发，给连云港市各级环境管理部门带来了空前的压力，提出运用信息化手段，建立以网络技术、数据库技术为基础的环境管理信息查询平台，实现了化工园区企业环境信息动态管理和分类查询。结合卫星地图，还可以方便地查询化工园区内企业分布、企业地理位置及周边环境状况，有效地提高化工园区环境管理工作效率和科学决策水平，规范化工园区运行监管。

Design and Development of Environmental Management Information Inquiry Platform in Chemical Industry Park of Lianyungang

As the frequent environmental problem happened in the Chemical Industry Park of Lianyungang recently , all the levels of environmental management departments have undertaken the unprecedented pressure .This paper aims to take an advan-tage of information technology, and established search platform of environment management information based on network and data-base technology, which enables the dynamic management of enterprise environment and classified search in chemical industrial park.Combining with satellite map, the platform shows the distribution of companies in chemical industrial park and peripheral environmental situation conveniently, improving the working efficiency and scientific decision-making level of the environmental authorities, as well as to regulate the operational administration in the Chemical Industry Park .
