摘    要:采用等离子发射光谱法分别测定水体中钙和镁的含量,然后转换成总硬度值,建立了适用于各种自然水体中总硬度的快速检测方法具有简单快捷、灵敏度高、重现性好、线性范围广、结果准确等优势。钙的检出限可达0.010 mg/L,加标回收率在97.7%~102.4%之间;镁的检出限可达0.005 mg/L,加标回收率在97.3%~103.2%之间。该方法与EDTA滴定法比较,差异无统计学意义,钙镁在0 mg/L~50 mg/L的浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,可广泛应用于多种自然水体中总硬度的测定。

Determination of Total Hardness in Natural Water by ICP-AES

Abstract:The method of determine of total hardness in natural water had be developed by determining the total content of Ca and Mg separately with ICP-AES,and changing the results to total hardness. By improved the parameter of equipment and the acidity of system,the method had greatly improved in terms of stability and veracity. Under the optimal experiment conditions,the limit of detection for Ca is 0. 010 mg /L,the recovery is 97. 7% to 102. 4%; the detection limit for Mg is 0. 005 mg /L,the recovery is 97. 3% to 103. 2%. There's no significant difference between the results of ICP-AES method and EDTA titration; and the ICP-AES method shows great linearity in the concentration of 0 to 50 mg /L,suitable for the total hardness in natural water.
