| 摘 要： | 气体分馏是原油炼制的重要加工过程之一,气体分馏装置是对催化裂化装置生产的液化气进行进一步分离、精制,为化工装置提供丙烯和丁烯原料的重要装置,装置根据分馏所得产品的用途有三塔、四塔、五塔之分。通过对某石化公司油品质量升级改造项目,新建50万吨/年气体分馏装置的环境监理开展深入研究,提出设计文件审查期、施工期、试生产期环境监理的要点,为规范和完善该类项目的环境监理工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | Gas fractionation is one of the important processes of oil refining.Gas fractionation unit is an important device to provide propylene and butylene raw materials for the chemical plant through further separating and purifying the gas produced by catalytic cracking unit.Gas fractionation unit is divided into three,four or five towers according to the final use of fractionated products.Taking a petrol quality improvement project as example,environmental supervision of gas fractionation unit（capacity of 50 million tons /year） is further analyzed.This paper gives references for standardizing and proving other similar environmental supervision projects. |
