| 摘 要： | 水的细菌学测定特别是肠道细菌的检验,在环境影响评价、环境卫生监督等方面具有重要意义,粪大肠菌群是水质特别是饮用水重要检测指标,其多管发酵检测法是国家及行业标准方法,在实践中对一些需要引起重视的环节要加以重视,以提高检测的精确度。
