羧甲基壳聚糖对三种染料废水脱色效果研究

摘    要:为了探究羧甲基壳聚糖(CMC)对活性艳红X-3B、直接湖蓝5B、酸性橙Ⅱ三种常用染料废水的脱色效果,重点研究了pH值、CMC投加浓度、温度、搅拌时间以及沉降时间对单一染料废水处理效果的影响,分析了脱色效果的影响因素并优化了脱色工艺参数.结果表明,CMC对三种染料废水的脱色效果显著,最佳脱色条件为:pH 2~4,投加量150~250 mg/L,温度25℃,搅拌时间30 min,沉降时间60~90 min.最佳脱色条件下三种染料废水脱色率分别为86%、98%、80%.

Abstract:In order to explore the decolorizationefficiency of three kinds of dye wastewater which were reactive brilliant red X-3B, direct turquoise blue 5B and acid orange by using carboxymethyl chitosan(CMC),the influence factors of pH value, additive concentration, temperature, mixing time and settling time in treatment of single dye wastewater were investigated. The factors of the decolorization efficiency were analyzed, and the parameters of decoloration process were optimized. The results showed that the de-colorization efficiency of three kinds of dye wastewater using CMC wereobvious and the optimum conditions were that pH value was 2~4, the additive concentration was 150~250 mg/L, temperature was 25℃, mixing time was 30 min and setting time was 60~90 min. The decolorizationrates of three kinds of dye wastewater were 86%,98%,80% respectively in optimum conditions.
