摘    要:石化行业排放的挥发性有机物(VOCs)是引发大气环境问题的重要污染物,有效控制VOCs的排放已经成为现阶段中国大气环境治理领域中的热点问题.泄漏检测与修复技术(LDAR)是发现和修复工艺装置泄漏的一种源项控制技术.通过对LDAR技术的文献及石化行业的应用调研,总结了LDAR技术国内外应用进展,挥发性有机物源强的核算方法,重点介绍了LDAR技术在石化行业开展的实施流程及潜在的效益.对石化行业开展泄漏检测与修复工作,减少挥发性有机物无组织的排放起到借鉴作用.

Abstract:Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emitted by the petrochemical industry are important pollutants that cause atmospheric environmental problems.Effective control of VOCs emissions has become hot issues of China`s atmospheric environmental management nowadays.Leak Detection and Repair(LDAR)is a source control technology used for discovering and repairing leaks from process equipments.Based on the literatures and application of LDAR technology in petrochemical industry, this paper summarizes the application progress of LDAR technology at home and abroad, and calculation methods of VOCs source intensity.It mainly introduces the implementation procedures and potential benefits of LDAR technology in petrochemical industry.To carry out leak detection and repair work to reduce the non-organized emissions of VOCs plays an important role in the petrochemical industry.
