环境监测实验室的污染及防治对策研究

环境监测实验室在监测环境状况的同时,自身已成为一种典型的环境污染源,其环境污染问题已不容忽视。分析了环境监测实验室的主要污染来源及其危害,找出污染产生的原因,并借鉴了国外同类机构的污染治理经验,提出防治环境监测实验室污染的对策。通过提高实验室监测人员的环保意识,建立严格健全的实验室污染物管理制度,推行清洁生产、建设绿色实验室,加强对实验室有机废液的处理,并提高对实验室污染治理的经费投入来解决环境监测实验室的环境污染问题。

Pollution and Control of Environmental Monitoring Laboratory

Environmental monitoring laboratory has become a kind of typical pollution sources in monitoring environmental conditions and this environmental pollution should not be ignored any more. An analysis on main sources and harms of pollution in environmental monitoring laboratory is made to find the reasons of pollution. Experiences of pollution control in similar institutions in foreign countries are referenced. Several countermeasures for controlling the pollution are put forward. The problem of pollution from environmental monitoring laboratory should be solved by improving the awareness of environmental protection of staff in labo- ratory, establishing strict and perfect management system for laboratory pollution, promoting cleaner production and constructing green laboratory, strengthening the treatment of organic waste, and increasing the funds for controlling the pollution of environ- mental monitoring laboratory.
