近3年乌鲁木齐主要湖泊水库环境质量状况分析及保护对策研究

摘    要:根据乌鲁木齐市环境监测中心站2011年-2013年常规监测数据,运用单因子指数法、综合污染指数法和综合营养状态指数法分析了乌拉泊水库和柴窝堡湖的水质状况和污染因素,并提出了加强封闭式管理、规范标志建设、取缔周边违法建设项目、加强生态保护和修复,以及减轻有机污染、严控地下水超采和调整用水结构等保护和改善湖库水质的对策建议,为区域水体环境保护和水体污染防治提供科学依据。

Abstract:Adopting the routinely monitored data during 2011 -2013 collected by Urumqi Municipal Environmental Monito- ring Center, the water quality index and the pollution factors of Wulabo Reservoir and Chaiwopu Lake were analyzed with single - factor index, integrated pollution index and comprehensive nutritional statues analysis. This paper then proposed some strategies and suggestions for protecting and improving water quality, such as strengthening the closed - end management and standardize the construction signs, banned surrounding illegal construction projects, strengthen ecological protection and restoration, as well as to reduce organic pollution, and control groundwater overdraft and adjust the structure of water, to provide a scientific basis for re- gional water environment protection and water pollution control.
