| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济的飞速发展,全球生态环境安全已经成为人们日常关切的问题,在这样的前提下,水安全已成为生态安全方面一个重要的核心问题.从秦皇岛市水安全现状出发,探讨了影响秦皇岛市水安全的主要因素,并指出了由水安全问题引发的其他问题,分析了可以解决秦皇岛市水安全问题的解决对策.

| Abstract: | As the global economic developing at the very fast speed, the global environment security has become a hot issue in our daily life. At the same time, water security has been an important core one in environment security. This paper analysis the current water security of Qinhuangdao, and discuss the major factors which effect upon the water security in Qinhuangdao, forth more point out the other relative issues which may be caused by the water security problem, finally analyze the resolving the issues of water security in city of Qinhuangdao. |
