A/O-混凝沉淀工艺处理酚、氰废水工程实例研究

摘    要:采用后继混凝沉淀的A/O工艺对含酚、氰的焦化废水进行了处理,运行结果表明:当A段停留时间为7h,DO低于0.3 mg/L;O段停留时间为7 h,DO为3.5 mg/L;絮凝阶段聚合氯化铝铁(PACF)投加量为1012.3mg/L,聚丙烯酰氨(PAM)投加量为4.2 mg/L,絮凝沉降时间为1.5 h时,废水中酚含量从288-680 mg/L降至1.0 mg/L以下,氰化物含量从0.73-11.3 mg/L降至0.5 mg/L,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的二级排放标准。

Abstract:Aerobic/anoxic(A/O)process followed by flocculation-sedimentation was used to treat coking wastewater containing high-concentration of phenol and cyanide.The practical running data indicated that the DO in section A was less than 0.3mg/L and the DO in section O was 3.5 mg/L when the HRT was 7 h.The phenol decreased to 1.0 mg/L from 288~680 mg/L,cyanide decreased to 0.5 mg/L from 0.73~11.3 mg/L when dosage of PAC and PAM was 1012.3 mg/L and 4.2 mg/L respectively,and flocculation-sedimentation time was 1.5 h....
