氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中及其浸出液中汞的研究

摘    要:主要讨论应用氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法,测定土壤中及其浸出液中汞的含量。结果发现,利用土壤硫硝混酸-高锰酸钾全消解法测得的土壤中汞的浓度远远高于固体废物浸出毒性浸出方法水平振荡法(HJ557-2010)的方法测得的土壤中汞的浓度。

Abstract:This paper discussed the determination of total Hg in soil by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry method.The sample was treated by HNO3 and HCLO4-KMNO4.The detection limit of arsenic(Hg) is 0.002ug/L.This method is simple,rapid,less noisy and highly sensitive with satisfactory results.
