| 摘 要： | 山东省不同区域的环境污染状况差异显著,为此简要分析了山东省东、中、西部三大地区间的工业污染排放差异,并运用灰色关联法分析各地区工业污染的主要影响因素及效应。结果显示,各地区的污染主要影响因素有明显差别。东、中部地区工业污染排放主要影响是结构效应,而西部地区则主要是结构效应和规模效应。而且,同一影响因素对于不同地区的污染排放有着不同的影响。为探讨经济发展如何通过这三大效应影响环境污染排放,对结构效应、规模效应和技术效应与经济发展水平之间进行回归分析。基于以上分析,提出了环保政策创新的途径,有针对性对各地区环境污染进行治理。

| Abstract: | There are much difference in regional environmental pollution in Shandong province.And they are briefly analyzed at first.To get the main affecting factors of each area,the author compared affecting factors of industry pollution in the Eastern area,the middle area and the western area by gray relevancy analysis.The affecting factors of the eastern and the middle areas are structure effect,but the western area s are structure effect and scale effect.To different areas,these factors have different effect yet.... |
