餐厨垃圾资源化技术研究探析

摘    要:餐厨垃圾成分复杂,不便于收集、运输、处置,以餐厨垃圾为原料进行资源化处置,即减少了污染物的排放,又获得了清洁能源,餐厨垃圾合理处置是目前亟待解决的环境问题。文章阐述了目前餐厨垃圾的处理现状及研究进展,介绍了餐厨垃圾的中处置技术:堆肥技术、制燃料酒精、制氢、制沼气以及提取生物降解性塑料的技术。从餐厨垃圾资源化和环境保护的角度出发,对目前存在的问题提出了处置对策及建议。

Abstract:The Kitchen garbage is inconvenient to collect and dispose because it's compositions are complicated. Recycling of kitchen garbage not only reduce the emission of pollutants, but also could obtain the clean energy. The disposal of kitchen garbage is an environmental problem to be solved at present. Treatment of kitchen garbage and research progress of energy production of kitchen garbage is reviewed. Several treating techniques of kitchen garbage are introduced, such as the aerobic compost, fuel ethanol, hydrogen production, anaerobic digestion, biological fermentation. From the perspective of resource utilization and environmental protection, this study analyzes current research progress of kitchen garbage disposal, and put forward counter measures to the existing problems and suggestions.
