高速公路建设全方位环境管理研究

高速公路的建设和发展，对环境的不良影响也在日益凸显。在高速公路建设和管理过程中，环境管理工作具有首位性，理应放到战略的高度去认识和对待。本文通过对中国高速公路建设环境管理工作存在的问题进行分析，提出实施高速公路建设全过程环境管理，在高速公路建设和管理的各个阶段大力加强和提升环保工作力度，紧抓环境保护管理要素可以有效提高环境保护工作效率，降低公路建设带来的环境污染，促进中国高速公路建设的健康发展。

Discussion on Overall Environmental Management of Highway Construction

The negative impacts of highway construction and development on environment is becoming more and more promi-nent.In the process of highway construction and management , the environmental protection should be given the top priority . Based on the analysis of existing problems in the environmental protection works of China's highway construction, this paper pro-posed to implement the whole process of highway construction environmental management .The environmental protection works should be strengthened during each stage of highway construction and management.It also proposed to focus on the environmental protection management elements to improve the efficiency of environmental protection works , reduce environmental pollution caused by highway construction, promote the healthy development of the highway construction.
