摘    要:北京市怀柔区是首都会议、休闲旅游的重要基地,是北京的“生态涵养发展区”,更是北京郊区生态敏感地带。在该区域进行工程建设和施工作业期间易发生林地草地破坏,产生山体岩体破损、土壤破坏,发生水土流失,污染水体,影响城市大气、水环境,产生噪音,对城市生物量和景观产生一定的影响。因此,对怀柔区工程建设水土流失、生态保育和地质环境进行分析,对环境影响的水土流失、声环境噪音的影响阈值进行了研究,认为目前国家相关水土流失阈值和声环境限值规范在生态敏感地区工程限值较小,企业的绿色建筑评价标准中施工专项方案也较少体现,有必要建立专有的生态敏感区的阀值。

Abstract:Huairou District is important base for Beijing in terms of conference and leisure tourism as an ecological conserva-tion development area and an ecologically sensitive areas of Beijing suburb.During construction period, some construction project and human construction cause to forestland grassland destruction, rock mass damage, destruction of soil, the occurrence of soil and water loss, water pollution, noise.Therefore, soil erosion, conservation and geological environment is analyzed , and the en-vironmental impact thresholds of soil erosion, and noise were studied.The current national threshold of soil erosion and noise is less in sensitive areas, and less thresholds is reflected in green building evaluation programs .It is necessary to establish the pro-prietary threshold in Huairou District .
