| 摘 要： | 土地石漠化是环境恶化的生态标志,亦是国土资源开发整治的重要内容.日趋扩张的土地石漠化已成为我国最为严重的自然灾害和环境问题之一,如不痛下决心,采取法律措施加以治理,人们将失去生存的空间.在此就如何建立、完善中国预防石漠化法律体系提出了设想.
