摘    要:MBR工艺较传统生化水处理工艺有着出水水质好且稳定度高,污泥膨胀现象不会对处理出水水质带来影响,无需污泥沉淀,处理效率高,占地空间少,操作简便等优越条件.但膜污染一直是MBR发展道路上最严重的阻碍,本文以此为主体,将清洁生产理念与之进行有机结合.利用清洁生产的从源头控制、减污增效的思想,在应用MBR处理废水的过程中,减少反应池中可造成膜污染的因子的产生.从而,在清洁生产理念的指引下,为膜污染的防治和减缓带来了新的途径,促进了MBR工艺在水处理和净化领域中的发展,展现了清洁生产理念在水处理领域的应用.

Abstract:The MBR process have several advantages comparing with traditional bio-chemical water treatment system,which as the good quality of effluent with higher stability,no influence of effluent quality with sludge bulking,no need sludge settling,higher treatment efficiency,less land-use,easier operation,and ect.Membrane fouling is the main incumbrance for the MBR development on the way of wastewater treatment.Then,this report will focus on it as the main subject,which will combine the stratagem of clean production.It will reduce the factors production of membrane fouling in the reactor during the treatment process by the stratagem of clean production such as source controlling,reduce pollution,and enhance efficiency.Thereby,the stratagem of clean production may direct a new way for delaying the membrane fouling in the wastewater treatment field,and to accelerate the speed of development of MBR utilization in the wastewater treatment and water purification field.Overall,the advantage of the stratagem of clean production can apply in Wastewater Treatment fields.
