油基岩屑无害化处理技术研究

摘    要:本文介绍了页岩气井水平段钻井过程中产生的油基岩屑处理现状及水泥窑协同处置现状,探讨了采用水泥窑协同处置油基岩屑的可行性。研究表明,采用水泥窑协同处置可解决油基岩屑无害化处理后重金属含量较高、利用途径受限的问题,在钻井现场采用岩屑甩干机对油基岩屑进行预处理后,通过水泥窑系统分解炉和窑尾烟室投料点加入水泥窑进行煅烧,油基岩屑所含油类物质在水泥窑内燃烧彻底分解,岩屑煅烧后成为熟料;焚烧过程不产生废渣,水泥窑协同处置过程中产生的烟气可依托现有废气治理措施得到控制,不新增废气治理措施;油基岩屑所含重金属离子固化在熟料矿物相晶格中,通过控制投加量,可使水泥产品满足相应的标准。

Abstract:This paper reviews the present situation of oily cuttings treatment in shale gas horizontal well drilling process and the present situation of co-processing waste with cement kiln. It discusses the feasibility of coordination disposal of oil-based cuttings by cement kiln. The research shows co-processing oily cuttings with cement kiln resolve the problem that treated solid waste by other method is limited to recycle because of high heavy metal content. After pre-treated by dryer,oily cuttings is put in cement kiln to calcine into clinker by feeding point in decomposing furnace or kiln chamber,oil in oily cuttings is burning and decomposed completely. The waste gas produced in co-processing with cement kiln can be treated by the existing waste gas treat-ment system,no new waste residue is produced. The heavy metal ions contained in the oil cuttings can be solidified in the mineral phase lattice of the clinker by controlling the addition of oil cuttings,cement products can meet the corresponding standards.
