黑龙江省森工小城镇生态指标体系分析研究

小城镇是城市之末,农村之首,是城乡过度体的主体和代表。针对黑龙江省森工小城镇的生态指标体系,文章利用层次分析法,将生态指标体系划分为目标层、准则层和指标层等3个层次。再根据综合性和层次性、科学性和规范性、动态性与静态性等三对相关原则筛选出15个基本评价指标,重点强调黑龙江省森工林区和小城镇的结合情况,体现生态系统指标的重要性。最后根据层次分析法及权重确定方法,计算出2016年绥棱林业局的生态小城镇的建设状况为0.651。

Analysis on Ecological Index System for Forest and Industry Small Towns in Heilongjiang

The small town, as end of city and beginning of countryside, is the transition of urban and rural areas. Aiming at the ecological index system of small towns in Heilongjiang Province, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to divide the ecological indicator system into 3 levels, namely, the target level, the criterion level and the index level. Then 15 basic evalu-ation indicators were selected based on three relevant principles of comprehensiveness, gradation, scientificity and normalization, dynamism and statics. The emphasis is placed on the combination of forest and industry areas and small towns in Heilongjiang Province, reflecting the importance of ecosystem indicators. According to the AHP method and weighting method, the study con-cluded that the construction index of Suileng forestry ecological small town is 0.651.
