| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省松花江流域地形地貌复杂,生态环境类型多样,具有大森林、大草原、大湿地、大水域和大农田生态系统.由于自然因素和人为因素的影响,区域生态环境功能不断退化.为了保护松花江流域生态环境安全和可持续发展,根据五大区域生态环境特点,分区提出了具体生态环境保护规划.

| Abstract: | Geography Songhua river valley is eomplicacy in Heilongjiang province, ecosystem environment for type is variety, have the big forest, the big steppe, the big wetly, the big water and the system of big farmland ecosystem. Because of the influence of the nature factor and the artificial factor, district ecosystem environment the function is continuously deteriorating. For the Songhua river valley ecosystem environment safety and ean keep on the development, according to the characteristic of five greatest district ecosystem environments, the programming of concrete ecosystem environmental protection bring upped cent the area. |
