| 摘 要： | 资源环境承载力是可持续发展度量和管理的重要参量和依据,是土地利用功能分区的前提和基础.从资源环境约束系统和保障系统两个维度,应用GIS空间分析和多因素综合评价法,探讨基于资源环境承载力评价的土地利用功能分区研究,并以重庆市渝北区为例进行实证研究.研究结论以期为优化国土空间开发格局和生态文明建设提供科学数据、规划思路和决策依据.

Regional Division of Land Use Function Based onEvaluation of Resource-Environment Carrying Capacity |

| Abstract: | Resource-environment carrying capacity was an important parameter and basis to measure and manage the sustainable development.It was the premise and foundation of land use function zoning.This paper discusses the thought andmethod toregional division of land use function based on evaluation of resource-environment carrying capacityfrom the 2 dimensions of resource-environment restraint system and support system by taking Yubei District of Chongqing as an example.Spatial analysis through GIS and methods of multiple factors evaluation were employed.The conclusion was to provide scientific data, planning ideas and decision-making basis for optimizing the spatial development pattern and ecological civilization construction. |
