摘    要:中试采用生物膜与活性污泥复合工艺对中国北方某城镇污水处理厂的污水进行处理,考察其在低温条件下对污水中的有机物及含氮污染物的去除能力.结果表明,当进水COD和NH+4-N浓度分别为53~140 mg/L和21~78 mg/L时,生物膜与活性污泥复合工艺出水COD和NH+4-N浓度分别在24~48 mg/L和0.5~3 mg/L范围内,满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准(冬季COD<50 mg/L,NH+4-N<8 mg/L),而该污水处理厂原有工艺出水COD和NH+4-N浓度分别在20~73 mg/L和9~20 mg/L之间.因此,在低温条件下,生物膜与活性污泥复合工艺能够提高对污染物的去除能力.

Abstract:A pilot-scale biofilm and activated sludge hybrid process was carried out in a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) located in the North of China, in order to investigate the organic matter and nitrogen removal performance under low temperature.The results showed that when the influent COD and NH+4-N in the range of 53~140 and 21~78 mg/L, the effluent COD and NH+4-N of the biofilm and activated sludge hybrid process were in the range of 24~48 and 0.5~3 mg/L, respectively, which were satisfying the discharge standard(COD<50 mg/L, NH+4-N<8 mg/L).However, the effluent COD and NH+4-N of this WWTP were in the range of 20-73 and 9-20 mg/L.Therefore, biofilm and activated sludge hybrid process was able to improve the organic matter and nitrogen removal performance under low temperature.
