摘    要:采用高分子絮凝剂聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDAC)和粉煤灰为原料,利用水溶液吸附的方法合成改性粉煤灰,并应用于印染废水的处理。通过正交试验和单因素影响试验,考察了改性的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,在吸附反应时间2h,反应温度40℃,改性荆PDAC浓度50g/L,pH值3.4的最佳条件下,改性粉煤灰对废水色度和COD的去除效果最好。

Abstract:The use of PDAC and fly ash as raw material, PDAC - fly ash was prepared by using aqueous adsorption method, the modified fly ash was synthesized and applied in dyeing wastewater. The optimal parameters for the modification were investigated through orthogonal test and single -pilot test. The results show that the optimal modifying parameters are as follows:reaction time 2 h, reaction temperature 40℃, PDAC concentration of 50 g/L, pH3.4, under these conditions, the modified fly ash has the best removal effect on wastewater color and COD.
