造林/再造林CDM项目PDD编写中几个重要问题探讨

Discussion on Several Important Issues in Project Design Document of CDM Afforestation and Reforestation Project Activities

The project design document of CDM afforestation and reforestation project activities is very impotant in a CDM project. As CDM - AR is still in the initial stage, there are many problems to be solved, which has resulted in many uncertainty problems in PDD. There are many problems which are involved in the most important link in PDD of a CDM - AR can be the keys to solve the others. There are three very important problems included in these keys, which are baseline, additionlities, leakage. Discribtion and discussion can be gived in this article.
