摘    要:采用流动注射在线消解测定水中总氮,分析速度快、检出限低、精密度和准确度较高。总氮质量浓度在200~2000μg/L与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),方法检出限为0.0056mg/L。对水源水、地表水和废水样品的加标回收率测定中,均满足《生活饮用水卫生规范》对方法的要求。在水质检出中具有较好的应用价值。

Abstract:The determination of total nitrogen in water was performed by flow injection on - line. The Flow injection analysis application to determination total nitrogen in water will be a good method since its good precision, accuracy and low detection limit as well as fast analysis speed. The results showed that the good linearity in the range from 200 -2 000μg/L with peak area(r = 0. 999 7). The detection limit for total nitrogen by this method was 0. 005 6 mg/L. In the determination of recovery for source water, surface water and waste water samples, the method were to meet requirement of "Health and Drinking Water Standards". There is a better value in the detection of water quality.
