| 摘 要： | 分析当前宁安市农村垃圾污染现状及其原因，针对农村垃圾的收集、贮运、最终处理处置的主要环节，提出了宁安市农村垃圾治理的总体思路、坚持的原则、运行模式以及采取的措施，使垃圾从产生源头上进行减量化、资源化，以最少量进入到无害化处置环节。农村垃圾治理不仅带来环境效益，同时也带来相应的经济效益和社会效益。从根本上实现农村垃圾污染防治，以保持农村经济可持续发展，农民生活质量持续提高。
