浅述企业社会责任和环保责任

经济的快速发展和新型工业化的到来，使中国经济在面临着重大发展机遇的同时，也面临着资源短缺，环境脆弱等严峻的挑战。为了迎接这一挑战，中国企业应结合国情，针对企业社会和环保责任缺失的状况，不断强化企业环保责任，促进社会的和谐发展。本文从目前企业履行环保责任现状分析，揭示出合理利用资源，保护环境。促进经济与自然、社会可持续发展，是中国企业肩负的重大社会责任。

Talking About Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Responsibility

The rapid economic development and the coming of new type industrialization, Chinese economy confronts severe challenges as well as positive opportunities. The challenges come from the lack of nature recourses and the fragility of environment. To meet this challenge, Chinese enterprises should base on national conditions to continuously strengthen environmental responsibility and promote harmonious development of the society. This article analyses current situation of Chinese corporate social compliances, and indicate environment protection is the critical social responsibility for corporate. China＇s corporate should use the nature recourses properly, protect the environment, and promote the sustainable development of economy, nature and society.
