上海燃煤电厂空气污染日应急保障措施评估

摘    要:文章分析了4月30日8:00~5月1日18:00启动空气污染日应急保障措施期间本市燃煤电厂污染物排放状况,结合措施实行前后环境空气质量状况,对应急减排措施效果进行了初步评估,并探寻了固定源污染物排放量与环境空气污染物浓度水平关系。结果显示,本市应急减排措施效果明显;全市环境空气中PM10浓度与电厂烟尘、SO2排放量显著相关;应急减排措施实行后,脱硫电厂烟尘排放量有明显的下降,未脱硫电厂烟尘排放量则有所增加。

Abstract:This paper analyzed pollutant emissions status of coal-fired power plants during the period of air quality safeguard measures from 8 a.m.,April 30 to 6 p.m.,May 1.Combined with ambient air quality monitoring data,this paper gave a preliminary assessment on the effects of safeguard measures.Relationship between pollutant emission from stationary sources and concentration of air pollutants in ambient air was also discussed.Results showed obvious effects of safeguard measures to reduce air pollution level;Conc...
