| 摘 要： | 文章分析了4月30日8:00~5月1日18:00启动空气污染日应急保障措施期间本市燃煤电厂污染物排放状况,结合措施实行前后环境空气质量状况,对应急减排措施效果进行了初步评估,并探寻了固定源污染物排放量与环境空气污染物浓度水平关系。结果显示,本市应急减排措施效果明显;全市环境空气中PM10浓度与电厂烟尘、SO2排放量显著相关;应急减排措施实行后,脱硫电厂烟尘排放量有明显的下降,未脱硫电厂烟尘排放量则有所增加。
