摘    要:随着机动车保有量的增加,机动车排放已成为大中城市大气污染的主要来源.福建省机动车污染防治监管信息系统,提出了一体化设计的承载网络、逻辑架构、主要功能,加强了机动车污染排放监管力度.通过省级、市级、县级环保部门和检测站四级集中建设和统一部署,节约了投资,实现了数据的完整性、一致性和高度集中,确保了数据与环境保护部的交换和共享.根据两年的运行成果,探讨了进一步发展的方向.

Construction and Application of Integrated Motor Vehicle Pollution Prevention and Control Information System
Abstract:With the increase of vehicle ownership, vehicle emissions have become the main source of air pollution in large and medium-sized cities. Motor vehicle pollution prevention and control regulatory information system has put forward the inte-grated design of the bearer network,the logical structure,the main function of strengthening the supervision of motor vehicle emis-sions. Through the centralized construction and unified deployment of provincial level, municipal level, county-level environ-mental protection departments and testing stations,the investment has been saved and the integrity,consistency and concentration of data have been achieved,ensuring the exchange and sharing of data with the Ministry of Environmental Protection. Based on the results of two years of operation,the direction of further development was explored.
