多宝山铜矿生态环境影响总体动态分析

摘    要:针对黑龙江省多宝山铜矿项目性质及项目区环境条件,在常规生态环境影响评价基础上,增加了生态环境影响总体动态分析,动态地描述了营运期不同时间和空间对区域生态环境影响程度,明确其最严重的影响时段,从而有针对性的加强防范措施;深化了生态环境影响的时空观念和评价的完整性,体现了生态影响和生态评价的多样性、连续性、整体性和区域性的内在规律.

Abstract:This article in view of the Heilongjiang province Duobaoshan copper mine project nature and project area environmental condition,in the convention ecological environment influence appraisal foundation,increased the ecological environment influence overall dynamic analysis,dynamic described the transport business time,different time and the space to the region ecological environment influence,is clear about its most serious influence time interval,thus has the pointed enhancement guard measure;Deepened the ecological environment influence space and time idea and the appraisal integrity,has manifested the ecology influence and the ecology appraisal multiplicity,the continuity,the integrity and the regional inherent laws.
