突发环境事件应急监测风险点分析和应对研究

随着社会经济的发展,突发性重大环境污染事故进入高发阶段,突发环境事件应急监测风险点分析显得尤为重要,为了保证突发性环境事件应急监测时做到最佳状态,结合单位的实际情况分别从“人”“物”“环境”“管理”四个方面入手,重点阐述了突发环境事件应急监测各环节中的风险点,并提出了一系列具体的预控措施和一些加强质量管理的建议,对提高各类污染事件应急监测能力具有一定的现实意义和针对性.

Analysis and Response on Environmental Emergency Monitoring and Risk Control

With the development of society and economy, the number of sudden major environmental pollution accidents is increas- ing and sudden environmental emergency monitoring and risk analysis is particularly important. In order to monitor the environmental e- mergencies, this study combined the actual situation from the perspectives of people, resources, environment and management to discuss the risks in various links of environmental emergency monitoring. It also put forward a series of specific preventive measures and suggestions on strengthening quality management so as to improve various types of pollution emergency monitoring ability.
