摘    要:在能源危机的时代,建筑节能成为世界各国关注的热点。目前,贵阳市大型公共建筑总消耗34 670.929吨标煤,大约是公共建筑能耗的58%,单位建筑面积能耗大约是普通居住建筑的10倍左右。本文在调查贵阳市大型公共建筑(大型商场、酒店、政府办公、高校)能耗的现状特点的基础上,分析存在的问题,识别大型公共建筑节能的潜力环节,最后构建一套贵阳市大型公共建筑节能评价指标体系,旨在为相关部门提供参考。

Abstract:Under the period of energy crisis,building energy-saving has become the hot topics of all countries.At present,the energy consumption of large public buildings in Guiyang is about 34 670.929 tons of standard coal,accounting for 58% of public building energy consumption or about 10 times of the ordinary residential building.Based on current investigation of energy consumption on large public buildings in Guiyang City(large shopping malls,hotels,government offices,universities),current problems and energy-saving potential of the public buildings are analyzed.An index system on large-scale public building energy-saving evaluation is concluded with the aim of providing reference for government.
