| 摘 要： | 根据国家环保部颁布实施的《生态环境状况评价技术规范(试行)》制定的评价方法,采用生物丰度、植被覆盖、水网密度、土地退化和环境质量指数5个指标,对冀南地区的生态环境状况进行了综合评价与系统分析。结果表明,冀南地区植被覆盖度中等,生物多样性为一般水平,生态系统不够稳定,生态环境状况总体处于一般水平。论文还针对生态环境状况指数(EI)所揭示的冀南地区水资源匮乏及人口压力等主要生态环境问题,提出了相应的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | According to the evaluation method defined in Technical Criterion for Eco-environmental Status Evaluation（Trial） issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection,this paper evaluated and analyzed the eco-environmental status of South Hebei Province by five indexes,including organism abundance,vegetation coverage,river density,land degradation and environmental quality.The results show that the vegetation coverage is medium,biodiversity is at average level and the whole eco-environmental status of the region was grouped into third rate.Based on the analysis of actual situation,it also proposed some countermeasures and suggestions for water scarcity and population pressure,which are dominant eco-environmental problems of the region. |
