摘    要:采用液液萃取-毛细管柱气相色谱法测定水中硝基苯、硝基氯苯(间硝基氮苯、对硝基氯苯、邻硝基氯苯)、二硝基苯(对二硝基苯、间二硝基苯、邻二硝基苯)、2,5-二硝基甲苯、2,4-二硝基甲苯、2,4-二硝基氯苯、3,4-二硝基甲苯、2,4,6-三硝基甲苯12种硝基苯类化合物,萃取液经净化(或浓缩)后进行色谱分析,用带电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪测定,保留时间定性,外标法定量,定性定量准确,线性相关性强,干扰小。12种硝基苯类化合物的方法检出限为0.001~0.064μg/L,平均加标回收率在90.0%~104%之间,RSD在2.5%~6.4%之间。

Abstract:The method of liquid - liquid extraction - capillary gas chromatography was used to analyze nitrobenzene, nitrochlorobenzene ( including o -, m -, p - ), dinitrobenzene ( including o -, m -, p - ), 2,5 - dinitrotoluene, 2,4 - dinitrotolu- ene,2,4 - dinitro - chlorobenzene,3,4 - dinitrotoluene,2,4,6 - trinitrotoluene. In this method, electron capture detector(ECD) was adopted. The method took retention time as the quality method and external standard as the quantity method which turned out to be correct. The good linear responses were achieved and little inference. The detection limits were 0. 001 - 0. 064 μg/L, and average recoveries 90. 0% - 104%, ILSD 2. 5% - 6. 4%.
