| 摘 要： | 伴随着中国环境监测事业30年的发展,环境监测综合分析工作经历了起步充实、巩固完善、预测预警三个阶段,环境监测信息具有真实性、时效性、共享性、层次性、不完全性、滞后性等基本的信息特征,跳出思维定势、科学系统地挖掘环境信息特性中潜在的提升空间,采取相应措施,可以有效提高环境监测数据的综合分析水平,为环境管理与综合决策提供技术支持。

| Abstract: | Along with the 30 years＇ developing course of environmental monitoring in china,the work of environmental monitoring comprehensive analysis experienced three periods of starting,strengthen and forecasting.Environmental monitoring information has basic feature of authenticity,efficiency,share,stratification,incompleteness and hysteresis.To improve the quality of comprehensive analysis and give technical support for environmental policy decision,we need to skip fixed thought and tap the potentialities of information feature scientificly. |
