烟道中高负压对二氧化硫测定影响及对策研究

摘    要:目前中国对二氧化硫的手工监测主要采用定电位电解法,但该方法在实际监测过程中受到高负压干扰选择低、中、高三种浓度的二氧化硫标气,用过减压阀控制采样流量,设定流量为0.4L/min、0.6L/min、0.8L/rain、1.0L/min、1.2L/min和1.4L/min等6种流量,模拟固定污染源的负压流量进行测试。流量在0.4L/min的时候监测结果相对误差最大,监测结果严重偏小,在流量为1.4L/min的时候监测结果相对误差最小,在实验室质控范围内。

Abstract:China mainly adopts constant potential electrolysis method in manual monitoring of SO2 at present, but the method was disturbed by high negative pressure in real practice. This paper simulated the negative pressure in stationary pollution source under the low, medium and high SO2 concentration, with flow rate of 0. 4 L/rain, 0. 6 L/min, 0. 8 L/min, 1.0 L/min, 1.2 L/min and 1.4 L/min. The relative error is big when the flow is 0. 4 L/min. The error is small when the flow rate of 1.4 L/min, within the scope of the laboratory quality control.
