淳安县生态环境质量评价及对策建议

利用中国环境监测总站生态遥感数据库和浙江大学遥感与GIS实验室的遥感影像数据,结合地面监测网调查与测量,按照中国环境监测总站制定的《生态环境质量评价技术规定》方法,计算出淳安县生态环境质量指数,系统的评价分析淳安县生态环境质量状况,结果表明,淳安县生态环境质量优异,排名浙江省第四位.最后,在结合同浙江省其它区县生态环境质量对比的基础上,科学的分析淳安县在生态环境上存在的不足,并就当前如何进一步提高淳安县生态环境质量提出了对策建议,为淳安县生态环境管理和创建国家级生态示范区建设提供科学依据.

Eco-environmental Quality Evaluation and Suggestion in Chunan County

Utilize the ecological remote sensing database and Zhejiang University's remote sensing and remote sensing image data of GIS laboratory of master station of China's environmental monitoring,combine the ground monitoring net to investigate and measure,the method of "technological regulation of ecological environmental quality assessment" made according to the environmental monitoring master station of China,calculate out ecological environment performance figure,county of Chunan,systematic appraisal analyse ecological environmental quality state ,county of Chunan,the result indicates,the ecological environmental quality in Chunan county is excellent,ranks the fourth of Zhejiang Province.Finally,on the basis of combining and comparing ecological environmental quality of other counties of Zhejiang Province with,analysis Chunan county on it is scientific at ecological environment for deficiency existing,and on how at present put forward the suggestion that the ecological environmental quality of An County of Gaochun has proposed the countermeasure further,and establish national-level ecological demostration area construction to offer scientific basis to the ecological environmental management of Chunan county.
