江苏省水环境地方标准研究

文章通过简要介绍江苏省水环境地方标准发展概况,在分析各个水环境标准与国家标准的差别及现状执行情况的基础上,提出各个水环境标准的修订建议.并进一步分析了江苏省在水环境标准方面的优势与不足,提出了在全省实施重点行业国家水污染物特别排放限值等的对策.这些对策综合考虑了江苏省水环境的现状、水环境监管的客观需求,为环境管理部门制定和修订江苏省地方水环境标准提供了重要参考和依据.

Research Plan for Jiangsu Provincial Water Environmental Standard

This paper introduced the development situation of local environmental protection standards in Jiangsu Province to an-alyze the difference and application status of various water environment standard and national standard.The paper put forward the revision suggestions of the various water environmental standards and further analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Jiangsu Province in the water environment standard, and puts forward the countermeasures of the special emission limits of water pollutants in key industries in the province.These countermeasures considering the objective needs of the status of Jiangsu Province water envi-ronment, the water environment monitoring, environmental management department of the formulation and revision of the local water environment standards in Jiangsu Province provides an important reference and basis.
