摘    要:采用六种不同离子类型、分子结构的表面活性剂研究表面活性剂的浓度、离子类型和分子结构对其毒性的影响.结果表明: 表面活性剂的毒性随浓度的增加而升高;表面活性剂的离子类型对其毒性影响的大小顺序一般为:阳离子表面活性剂>阴离子表面活性剂>非离子表面活性剂,但同时又受表面活性剂分子结构的影响;对于具有类似分子结构的表面活性剂而言,直链长的表面活性剂要比短的毒性小.

Abstract:Six surfactants with different ionic type and molecular structure were used to study the effects of surfactant concentration,ionic type and molecular structure on their toxicity.The following results were concluded.The toxicity of surfactant was much higher with the rising of surfactant concentration;The ascending sequence of ionic type of surfactant to their toxicity normally was cationic surfactant(TDTMA) >anionic surfactant(LAS)>nonionic surfactant(Tween 80),which was also influenced by the molecular structure of surfactants;The shorter the length of surfactant straight chains is,the more bigger its toxicity is.
