| Abstract: | In this paper,in order to achieve the objective of sustainable development in the region,the regional distribution of the total emissions of pollutants conducted a preliminary exploration,through the analysis of the various factors affecting them and,ultimately,for a particular formulation of regional development planning,the realization of sustainable development,provides a better distribution of the total emissions of pollutants. |
